At universities, course unit is a unit of training, scientific research and technology, responsible for academic, training, science and technology aspects. Head of course is leader of course unit, qualified lecturers, has experience of teaching, scientific research, management ability, leadership and doctoral degree. He/she played an important role in ensuring quality of higher education. Therefore, he/she should be motivated in her/his work in terms of spiritual and material encouragement towards current development of the local economy and universities; encourage others with productivity, quality and efficiency, promote talents of course heads in the context of higher education innovation.
