DEVELOPING TEACHERS’ TRAINING PROGRAM TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL RENEWAL AND THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Summary: 
The article addresses the development of teachers’ training program to meet the requirements of the educational renewal and the fourth industrial Revolution. The author clarified: 1/The need to develop teachers’ training program towards competency to satisfy the requirements of the educational renewal and the fourth industrial Revolution; 2/The process to develop this program towards CDIO; 3/Experience in developing this program towards competency; 4 /Evaluating this program towards competency. According to the authors, the educational renewal and the fourth industrial Revolution required the quality improvement of teacher education. One of the key factors contributed to improving quality of teacher education is the development of teachers’ training program towards competency. This process should be implemented in a synchronous and effective manner
