EXPLOITING STUDENTS’ REAL CONTEXTS IN MATHS TEACHING AT HIGH SCHOOLS

Summary: 
In the context of the fouth Industrial Revolution, Maths subject contributes to quickly increase the automation of production process, rapidly expand application scope, and become an essential tool of all sciences. In this article, we focus on students’ real context, students are subject, directly experienced through the practical situations that happen in daily life with direct impact on learners. Then, teachers’ pedagogical activities will be suggested to exploit students’ real contexts in teaching so as to innovate Maths teaching method towards: Analyzing Maths typical exercises with practical contents and associated with the students’ daily activities so as to help them deeply understand its nature; Exploiting facts in student's daily life to attach to Maths, be suitable for teaching Maths at high schools.
