APPLYING KAIZEN PHILOSOPHY INTO IMPROVING LECTURERS’ PROFESSIONAL QUALITY TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF RENEWING EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Improving lecturers’ quality is a process to improve their professional competence, enhance their professional knowledge, skills and attitudes on the basis of their existing competency. The requirements of lecturers’ qualities included professional ethics, political qualities, professional competency and pedagogical skills. In the current context of international integration, each lecturer needs to update knowledge and improve working methods. It is necessary to apply Kaizen philosophy to increase their productivity and efficiency for each lecturer to meet the requirements of education and training renewal.
