THE REAL SITUATION OF EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES IN HANOI AND HOCHIMINH CITY

Summary: 
With the strong development of the socio-economic situation, care and education services for children with disabilities in general and early intervention services in particular is more growing in Hanoi and Hochiminh City. The paper focuses on analyzing the real situation of early intervention services in two major cities in such conditions as facilities, human resources, mechanisms of professional and administrative management, coporation among stakeholders to provide care and education for children with disabilities, then the authors suggested appropriate recommendations to improve quality of early intervention services for children with disabilities
