Summary: 
Basing on studying international experience (compared policies on training and fostering Vietnamese preschool teachers to developed and developing countries in the world and in the region), identifying positive aspects, limitations and causes of limitations in this training and fostering in Vietnam, the paper proposes some effective solutions to improve the quality of preschool teachers’ training and fostering system in Vietnam in order to meet the requirements of preschool education renewal.
