Summary:
This article reported the adoption of contract-based learning in teaching Linear Geometry course for pedagogical students in Mathematics Teacher Education programs. Contract-based learning method allows adoption of the differentiation in learners' capacities, facilitating the learners to perform his or her assignments in accordance with his or her ability. At the same time, it provides students the flexibility in arrangement their time, and help developing their independence, their cooperation learning with peers, and to ensure their selection of learning contents. The implementation of contract-based learning as a teaching method aims to engage pedagogical students in learning activities and prepare them to be able to apply contractbased teaching to their work in the future as a math teacher.
