Summary:
Today, with the rapid development of the science and technology revolution, especially in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution, the development of high quality human resources in our country is very important and very important. necessary. In order to meet the needs of economic and social development and international integration, the development of high quality human resources is considered one of the most important objectives. In the context of the rapidly evolving 4.0, the human resource development challenges facing Vietnam and other countries in the world must have appropriate development strategies. In particular, the development of human resources must ensure the skills, technical, social and basic level of awareness. The paper will analyze the development of high quality human resources to meet the needs of Vietnam’s development and international integration in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
