IMPROVING QUALITY OF THE PARTY CELLS ACTIVITIES AT UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES NOWADAYS

Universities and colleges are places where the mission of training and providing high quality human resources, scientific research and technology transfer to response to country development requirements are carried out. The strengthening and further improvement of the party’s leadership in universities and colleges are necessary to ensure the role of party leadership in education and training. To strengthen the leadership of the party, the first and urgent need is to improve the quality of the party cells activities in universities and colleges to ensure the leadership capacity of the party cells, improve the responsibilities, the vanguard and exemplary role of party members in constructing and organizing the implementation of resolution, contributing to build the clean and strong party committees at universities and colleges, that are able to bring Vietnam’s universities and colleges to be on par with those in the region and all over the world.
