In the context of digital transformation, educational institutions, including high schools, must also implement a comprehensive change. The operating model of high schools must move to a state that all activities are applied digital technologies. To accomplish this process, the behavioral change of teachers plays a crucial role. However, the issue of assessing the psychological readiness of high school teachers for this process has not been paid attention. Therefore, this study conducted to develop a scale to assess the readiness of high schools for digital transformation in Vietnam basing on the procedures proposed by Mackenzie et al. (2011). The results of assessing the validity and reliability of the scale have given a scale consisting of 30 items with five constructs. This is one of the useful tools to assess the digital transformation readiness of high schools in Vietnam, on such basis, managers and stakeholders have appropriate solutions to improve the readiness level of schools to successfully implement the digital transformation process.
