EVALUATING STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION WITH TEACHING ACTIVITIES OF ENGLISH LECTURERS

Summary: 

The article focuses on investigating students’ satisfaction with the teaching activities of English lecturers at the University of Information Technology and Communication (ICTU). We conducted a direct survey of 200 students at ICTU. The survey results were analyzed and synthesized to evaluate students’ satisfaction with the teaching activities of English lecturers. These findings provided important information about English lecturers’ strengths and weaknesses, thereby proposing solutions to enhance students’ satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
