This study evaluates the management of experiential activities in teaching Natural Sciences based on STEM education in lower secondary schools in the Mekong Delta. The research focuses on the actual status of determining the meaning and the subject of managing experiential activities and the principals' performance of management functions in organizing STEM education-oriented experiential activities in teaching Natural Sciences, including planning, directing the implementation, checking, and evaluating. Based on the survey results, the author analyzes, evaluates, and draws out the advantages, limitations, and difficulties that school managers in the Mekong Delta have encountered in implementing process of STEM education- oriented experiential activities in Natural Sciences. These findings contribute to a practical basis for assessing the implementation level of the 2018 General Education Curriculum towards developing students’ quality and competence in lower secondary schools.
