Implementing Resolution No. 14/2005 / NQ about fundamental and comprehensive renewal of Vietnam higher education, 2006-2020, Ministry of Education and Training has issued Regulation on formal training at university and college system provided by the credit system in conjunction with Decision No. 43/2007-QD-BGDDT 15/8/2007. From 2008-2009, credit training system has been implemented at universities and colleges across the country, since then, has posed issues in quality management towards credit training system. In this article, the author presents some measures of the quality management toward credits system training at the College of Statistics II.

In the current cause of industrialization and modernization, teaching staff at universities played a very important role. They directly implement qualities training, knowledge and science for students. Therefore, an urgent issue poses for higher education is to constantly developteaching staff to ensure quality, sufficient quantity, uniform in structure. Basing on the situation analysis, the article gives some specific management measures in order to develop teaching staff at the An Giang University

The article introduces lecturers’attitude to participate in scientific research at Viet-Hung University ofIndustry. This is a newly established university of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; upgraded in October 2010. In the article, the study examined attitudes of teachers engaged in scientific research at this university, including 90 teachers and 30 administrative staff, a total of 120 people, including 30 female teachers.

Resolution No.29-NQ/TW on fundamental and comprehensive education renewal emphasizes teaching methods, changing from transferring knowledge to guide organization, basing on competence development, especially for vocational training. This poses a significant challenge for vocational teaching staff at present. Besides, the teachers’ teaching competence plays a crucial role to ensure the quality of training, one of the vital competence, needs to be improved is the integrated teaching competence. The article presents a number of measures to improve the integrated teaching Thanh Hoa Industrial vocational college.

Pedagogical communication skill is the most important skillfor kindergarten teachersto satisfy the social needs. However, this skill was still limited in future teachers, although school board paid attention to for students in the pedagogical training process. There were many reasons, mainly due to inappropriate process to practice right pedagogical communication skill. In training, management of training quality is a process to organize and implementsystematically management solutions of all training process in order to improve training quality and meet employers’requirement.This management was based on vocational standard, aimed at improving teachers’teaching quality, students learningquality, thereby improving quality of school training at vocational schools. Research findings on innovating quality management at the Vocational College No. 23–Ministry of National Defense-towards vocational standards shows the relevance and contributions to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of school management of training quality

Scientific research activity is one of teachers’regular tasks at universities, colleges and vocational schools to improve quality and change teaching methods, then improvetraining quality. This article pointed out a survey to assess the real situation of teachers’ research at vocational schools in Can Tho city; then, proposed measures to develop teachers’research competence development with the aim to meet the requirements of Vietnam fundamental and comprehensive education renewal.

The socialization of education, including coordination between schools and families played a decisive role in the existence and development of private preschools. Therefore, it is necessary to develop good relationships between schools and families in order to mobilize full resources to improve the quality of child care-education, satisfy higher requirements of the society. This article presents some solutions to improve the efficient collaboration between schools and families in child care-education in private preschools, and shows initial test results on the necessity and feasibility of these solutions in several private preschools.

This article raises status of the workforce in Vietnamese rural areas today through analysis of current labour’s structure, education level, technical qualifications and unemployed rate in these areas. It is necessary to apply science andcompetence-based teaching in training managers in the sector of Information and Communication. It expresses in the content development, teaching method, application of science and technology intoteaching techniques and evaluation of training quality through the study of teaching characteristics towards competence. The development of high quality human resources depends on the strategic development and implementation of solutions in the current context.

Interdisciplinary teaching identifies related contents and knowledge among two or more subjects, prevents students from repeating the same contents/ knowledge in different subjects. Changes in program to shape the integrated teaching competence is necessary for them to become effective teachers in teaching the new curriculum. The equipment of knowledge, teaching methods, and ways to conduct teaching, assessment helps students know, understand and apply effectively, meet the practical requirements.

Evaluating students’ achievement of teaching skills in Pedagogy major based on research and design Rubric guidelines, students’ self-evaluation covers performance criteria and specific behavioral index. Each performance criteria was assessed in 5 levels: Poor expression; Initially skilled but ineffective; Not professional; Accurate doing; Naturalized. Using this Rubric settings will collect necessary information in order to determine individuals positions on the development route and evaluate the exact levels of students’ teaching skill atteachers’ training institutions.

Bài viết đề cập đến việc dạy học tích hợp (DHTH) trong môn Toán ở trường phổ thông.Trong bài, tác giả đề cập đến các vấn đề: Tích hợp và DHTH; Các hình thức và cấp độ của việc DHTH trong môn Toán; Mô hình sách giáo khoa (SGK) tích hợp trong môn Toán. Mục đích của bài viết nhằm góp phần thống nhất những yêu cầu cơ bản của việc thực hiện quan điểm “tích hợp” trong xác định và thiết kế chương trình (CT), SGK môn Toán của CT giáo dục phổ thông (GDPT) mới.

The paper proposes a supplemental framework to support curriculum development towards the integration of teaching and assessing learners’ competencebasing on a model/way to develop competence. The author focuses on analyzing the benefits of curriculum for students. Notes in curriculum development: 1 / Identify contribution of the course to students’ self-esteem, study skills, life and work responsibilities; 2 / select and organize learning content, tasks, process... to create opportunities for individuals to develop potential interest and excitement; 3 / Develop educational plan towards integrating evaluation, teaching and learning based on developing ways of learning.

It is necessary to keep developing training programs at universities in order to train laborers with quality and competence meeting social requirements. This process should be strictly managed by university president from the planning, organization, leadership, testing and evaluation. The article analyzes the performance of management functions in developing training programs. Implementing these functions with good results will ensure synchronous training programs in the whole schools, meet the requirements of the society, contribute an important part in building universities’ reputation and ranking.
