Implementing Resolution No. 14/2005 / NQ about fundamental and comprehensive renewal of Vietnam higher education, 2006-2020, Ministry of Education and Training has issued Regulation on formal training at university and college system provided by the credit system in conjunction with Decision No. 43/2007-QD-BGDDT 15/8/2007. From 2008-2009, credit training system has been implemented at universities and colleges across the country, since then, has posed issues in quality management towards credit training system. In this article, the author presents some measures of the quality management toward credits system training at the College of Statistics II.

The article introduces lecturers’attitude to participate in scientific research at Viet-Hung University ofIndustry. This is a newly established university of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; upgraded in October 2010. In the article, the study examined attitudes of teachers engaged in scientific research at this university, including 90 teachers and 30 administrative staff, a total of 120 people, including 30 female teachers.

Resolution No.29-NQ/TW on fundamental and comprehensive education renewal emphasizes teaching methods, changing from transferring knowledge to guide organization, basing on competence development, especially for vocational training. This poses a significant challenge for vocational teaching staff at present. Besides, the teachers’ teaching competence plays a crucial role to ensure the quality of training, one of the vital competence, needs to be improved is the integrated teaching competence. The socialization of education, including coordination between schools and families played a decisive role in the existence and development of private preschools. Therefore, it is necessary to develop good relationships between schools and families in order to mobilize full resources to improve the quality of child care-education, satisfy higher requirements of the society. This article presents some solutions to improve the efficient collaboration between schools and families in child care-education in private preschools, and shows initial test results on the necessity and feasibility of these solutions in several private preschools.

Evaluating students’ achievement of teaching skills in Pedagogy major based on research and design Rubric guidelines, students’ self-evaluation covers performance criteria and specific behavioral index. Each performance criteria was assessed in 5 levels: Poor expression; Initially skilled but ineffective; Not professional; Accurate doing; Naturalized. Using this Rubric settings will collect necessary information in order to determine individuals positions on the development route and evaluate the exact levels of students’ teaching skill atteachers’ training institutions.

Bài viết đề cập đến việc dạy học tích hợp (DHTH) trong môn Toán ở trường phổ thông.Trong bài, tác giả đề cập đến các vấn đề: Tích hợp và DHTH; Các hình thức và cấp độ của việc DHTH trong môn Toán; Mô hình sách giáo khoa (SGK) tích hợp trong môn Toán. Mục đích của bài viết nhằm góp phần thống nhất những yêu cầu cơ bản của việc thực hiện quan điểm “tích hợp” trong xác định và thiết kế chương trình (CT), SGK môn Toán của CT giáo dục phổ thông (GDPT) mới.

It is necessary to keep developing training programs at universities in order to train laborers with quality and competence meeting social requirements. This process should be strictly managed by university president from the planning, organization, leadership, testing and evaluation. The article analyzes the performance of management functions in developing training programs. Implementing these functions with good results will ensure synchronous training programs in the whole schools, meet the requirements of the society, contribute an important part in building universities’ reputation and ranking.
