A child’s hearing level will have different effects on the development of their listening and speaking skills in particular and their development in general. Developing listening and speaking skills for 5-6-year-old children with hearing impairment is the key to effectively enrolling deaf children in first grade. Enhancing these skills for children with hearing loss has similar steps for all other children. However, it is essential to base on their developmental characteristics, level of hearing loss, and language skills to determine appropriate goals, content, methods, and forms. Proposing measures to develop language skills for 5-6-year-old children with hearing impairment is based on theoretical issues about language and communication development in general and theỉ characteristics of language skills in particular. During the implementation process, teachers and parents must apply flexible measures to help children form language skills, creating conditions for them to effectively enter grade 1.

STEM education has almost become one of the focuses of national education in the context of industrialization, modernization, and national digital transformation. However, research on conditions to ensure STEM education has yet to be conducted in Vietnam. On that basis, the study surveyed the conditions that can affect STEM education through questionnaires and interviews, aiming to improve the quality of STEM education in Ho Chi Minh City. The results indicate that the limited awareness of educational forces on issues related to STEM education, the strictness of management, and facilities have significantly impacts on the development of STEM education for pedagogical students in Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, ensuring facilities and human resources to meet the requirements of the 2018 General Education Curriculum and updating information related to STEM education in the 21st century are essential to satisfy the requirements of implementing STEM education in the current context of implementing the 2018 General Education Curriculum in Ho Chi Minh City.

Political theory education for cadres and party members plays a crucial role in the ideological work of the Party, contributing to building and consolidating the trust of cadres, party members, and people in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Currently, in the international context of integration and development, digital transformation raises the issue of how to effectively implement educational work in general and political theory education in particular. The study aims to propose solutions for applying information technology and digital transformation into teaching political theory at political centers in Ho Chi Minh City for cadres, party members, and students to bring about quality and practical effectiveness. Based on exploring the theoretical and practical basis of political theory education, solutions are proposed to effectively and deeply implement political theory education in the context of digital transformation.

Nowadays, vocational education institutions tend to enhance close cooperation with businesses. The practice has proven that combining training with the recruitment needs of enterprises and agencies has contributed to improving the quality of labor resources, shortening the gap between theory and practice at the grassroots, and meeting the requirements of society development, contributing to improving the quality of skilled human resources, increasing labor productivity and national competitiveness in the context of digital transformation. To successfully achieve this goal, the role of management activities is crucial and essential. Recently, there have been many difficulties and problems in managing the collaboration between vocational education institutions and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City that require appropriate solutions. Based on researching the State’s documents, requirements of the digital transformation process in training management, and practical surveys at vocational education institutions and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City, this study proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of managing cooperation between the two units to satisfy human resource needs in the context of digital transformation in the future.

Currently, economic and educational globalization has been the trend worldwide. The advancement of modern science and technology has enhanced the collaboration between businesses and schools in improving the quality of research, education, and training while promoting sustainable economic and social development. Despite many efforts, this collaboration has not yet achieved the expected results. Based on theoretical and practical research on the cooperation between businesses and schools, the study proposed several measures to strengthen its effectiveness, contributing to bringing benefits in research, teaching, training, and collaboration between the two sides.

Văn kiện đại hội XIII của Đảng là cơ sở lí luận quan trọng cho việc tổng kết thực tiễn và quán triệt việc học tập Lí luận chính trị, bảo vệ và phát triển nền tảng tư tưởng của Đảng cho sinh viên Báo chí, góp phần thực hiện chuẩn đầu ra của chuyên ngành đào tạo, hiện thực hóa Nghị quyết của Đảng trong công tác đổi mới giáo dục đại học hiện nay.

Along with the strong development of information technology in recent years, blended learning is an inevitable trend in many countries, including Vietnam. Universities and high schools can apply this method to enhance the quality of teaching and learning Mathematics thanks to its outstanding advantages. The 2018 Math General Education Curriculum focuses on developing students’ logical thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and creating conditions for them to link Math knowledge with other subjects. At the same time, it encourages students to actively participate in the learning process through hands-on activities and discussions to solve problems. Coordinate geometry is one of the important parts of Mathematics with its wide practical applications. Using knowledge about coordinates can solve many complex issues. However, teaching and learning the topic of geometric coordinates in grade 10 hasn’t received much attention. This study analyzes blended learning opportunities on Coordinates in 10th grade Mathematics.

Cùng với sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của công nghệ thông tin, trong những năm gần đây, dạy học kết hợp (Blended learning) đang là một xu thế tất yếu ở nhiều quốc gia trong đó có Việt Nam. Dựa trên những ưu điểm vượt trội của dạy học trực tuyến, không chỉ bậc Đại học mà các nhà trường phổ thông cũng có thể áp dụng phương pháp dạy học kết hợp để tăng cường chất lượng dạy và học môn Toán. Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông môn Toán 2018 chú trọng phát triển tư duy logic, tư duy phản biện, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, kĩ năng giao tiếp và tạo điều kiện để học sinh liên kết kiến thức Toán học với các môn học khác. Đồng thời, Chương trình xây dựng khuyến khích học sinh tham gia tích cực vào quá trình học tập thông qua các hoạt động thực hành, thảo luận để giải quyết vấn đề. Hình học tọa độ là một trong những nội dung quan trọng của môn Toán và có nhiều ứng dụng trong thực tiễn. Sử dụng các kiến thức về tọa độ có thể giải quyết nhiều bài toán phức hợp. Tuy nhiên, việc dạy và học chủ đề Tọa độ hình học lớp 10 chưa được chú trọng. Nghiên cứu này phân tích những cơ hội để triển khai dạy học kết hợp chủ đề Tọa độ môn Toán lớp 10 trung học phổ thông.

Ngày nay, việc tổ chức dạy học khuyến khích học sinh tích cực hóa hoạt động học tập đang được quan tâm một cách đặc biệt. Dạy học khám phá là phương pháp dạy học hiện đại, lấy học sinh làm trung tâm, phát huy tính sáng tạo, giúp học sinh tập trung cũng như tham gia tích cực vào bài học. Học sinh biết cách vận dụng những tri thức cũng như trải nghiệm của chính mình vào giải quyết các vấn đề thực tiễn. Ở lớp 7, một số yếu tố thống kê minh họa bởi bài toán chỉ số cơ thể (BMI) là nội dung tiềm năng giúp dạy học khám phá thành công. Tuy nhiên, khi tổ chức dạy học khám phá phải xử lí dữ liệu bài toán chỉ số cơ thể BMI với số lượng người khảo sát lớn thì việc tính toán, phân loại bằng các công cụ thủ công hay máy tính cầm tay gặp nhiều khó khăn, mất nhiều thời gian cũng như dễ xảy ra sai sót. Những điều này hoàn toàn được khắc phục nhờ vào sự trợ giúp của phần mềm Excel. Bài viết đưa ra các quan điểm về dạy học khám phá, phân loại dạy học khám phá, quy trình cũng như cách thức tổ chức dạy học khám một số yếu tố thống kê minh họa bởi bài toán chỉ số cơ thể BMI với sự trợ giúp của phần mềm Excel cho học sinh lớp 7.

Việc tổ chức xây dựng và phát triển Chương trình Giáo dục mầm non là một việc làm hết sức cần thiết ở mỗi quốc gia, nếu thực hiện đúng quy trình này sẽ đảm bảo huy động mọi nguồn lực, sự tham gia của các lực lượng từ trung ương đến địa phương và cộng đồng xã hội vào vấn đề này. Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp phân tích, tổng hợp, khái quát hóa các văn bản chương trình, các bài viết, báo cáo, nghiên cứu về Chương trình Giáo dục mầm non của các nước (Singapore, Australia, New Zealand) tìm hiểu kinh nghiệm về cấp độ chương trình và cách thức tổ chức xây dựng và phát triển Chương trình Giáo dục mầm non của các quốc gia theo định hướng cảm xúc - xã hội (SEL), từ đó rút ra bài học kinh nghiệm về cách thức tổ chức xây dựng và phát triển Chương trình Giáo dục mầm non quốc gia theo định hướng SEL và đề xuất cho việc áp dụng phù hợp với thực tiễn Việt Nam.

Promoting cooperation with businesses is a trend in many vocational education institutions today. The practice has proven that combining training with the recruitment needs of enterprises has contributed to improving the quality of labor resources, shortening the gap between theory and practice at the grassroots, and meeting the development requirements of society. Ho Chi Minh City, with the largest concentration of vocational education institutions in Vietnam, has been cooperating closely with businesses in training. However, the recent cooperation between vocational education institutions and enterprises has still had difficulties and problems. Based on the study of the State legal documentation and directive documents of Ho Chi Minh City, semi structured interviews with several managers, teachers, and business owners at vocational education institutions and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City, this study proposes several solutions to promote cooperation between businesses and vocational education institutions in Ho Chi Minh City in the future.

Câu lạc bộ sinh viên là một trong những tổ chức nòng cốt của bất cứ trường đại học nào. Trong đó, sẽ có nhiều câu lạc bộ hoạt động với đặc thù và hình thức khác nhau nhưng đều thống nhất dưới sự chỉ đạo của Đoàn Thanh niên và Hội Sinh viên nhà trường. Hoạt động trải nghiệm là hoạt động giáo dục bắt buộc trong Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018 ở trường tiểu học. Những giáo viên tiểu học tương lai sẽ phải tổ chức hoạt động này ở tiểu học cho học sinh. Một trong những loại hình của hoạt động trải nghiệm là thông qua các câu lạc bộ. Vì thế, việc tham gia các câu lạc bộ khi đang là sinh viên sẽ giúp các giáo viên tiểu học tương lai có điều kiện trải nghiệm từ việc tổ chức hoạt động, vận hành câu lạc bộ cho đến thiết kế nội dung, tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm cho học sinh tiểu học sau này. Trong khuôn khổ bài viết, nhóm tác giả đưa ra những mô hình câu lạc bộ sinh viên ngành Giáo dục tiểu học tại Trường Đại học Thủ Đô Hà Nội đang tham gia và vận hành như là một hình thức tự bồi dưỡng trong quá trình rèn luyện nghề để đáp ứng được yêu cầu đổi mới trong giáo dục. Trên cơ sở đó, đề xuất những giải pháp cụ thể để thúc đẩy sinh viên tham gia câu lạc bộ tích cực và hiệu quả, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo sinh viên ngành Giáo dục tiểu học Trường Đại học Thủ Đô Hà Nội.

Nghiên cứu lí luận về giáo dục kĩ năng ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu và phòng tránh thiên tai cho thấy, để giáo dục kĩ năng cho học sinh đạt hiệu quả các em cần phải được thực hành, vận dụng kĩ năng trong thực tế cuộc sống. Biện pháp tổ chức giáo dục kĩ năng ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu và phòng tránh thiên tai cho học sinh theo hướng phối hợp với các lực lượng giáo dục trong cộng đồng là một biện pháp có ý nghĩa trong việc nâng cao hiệu quả giáo dục kĩ năng ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu và phòng tránh thiên tai cho học sinh. Thực hiện biện pháp này, hoạt động giáo dục kĩ năng của nhà trường sẽ phù hợp thực tế, tạo cơ hội cho học sinh được vận dụng các kĩ năng vào thực tế cuộc sống, đồng thời tăng cường các nguồn lực cho giáo dục, tạo sự thống nhất giữa ba môi trường giáo dục. Bài viết trình bày quá trình thử nghiệm khẳng định hiệu quả của biện pháp quản lí trên, đồng thời biết được việc thực hiện biện pháp quản lí trong nhà trường có khó khăn gì, làm thế nào triển khai biện pháp có hiệu quả, nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động giáo dục kĩ năng, mức độ kĩ năng ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu và phòng tránh thiên tai của học sinh.

Due to the influence of globalization and rapid development, universities, particularly, and countries, in general, have faced opportunities and challenges. Quality assurance will be one of the elements for integration. It is an indispensable process that has been focused on for more than 20 years, in which the feedback of Alumni is one of the factors contributing to the self-assessment of the educational quality of universities. They used, completed the training program, and applied the knowledge and skills learned in real life to more or less contribute to the correct assessment of the current situation of training quality. It is essential to develop a normative framework on how to do, and above all, put the steps that need to be taken into a system to collect them effectively. The research team found that using the PDCA cycle is a suitable direction. Based on the process of approaching the PDCA cycle by content and function, we make comments and propose appropriate measures according to PDCA to unify and complete the survey process to improve the efficiency of collecting their opinions at educational institutions.

Scientific research in Economic sector is very diverse. It covers everything from general synthesis to the economics of various sectors and specialties with topics directly related to life, society, and organizations. Therefore, various urgent issues need to be studied. Universities have focused on application-oriented research that plays a vital role in connecting theory and practice to improve the quality of research projects that are close to reality, current, and relevant to the needs of society and the economic development trend. Within the scope of the article, the authors share their points on choosing an application-oriented research topic at the graduate level in the economic field, clearly pointing out the difference between a research topic and an application one, as well as several difficulties and limitations in choosing and proposing topics, thereby suggesting to students’ issues to consider in proposing research topics.

Bạo lực học đường đang là vấn đề xảy ra trên toàn thế giới, từng khu vực, từng quốc gia và trong mỗi trường học. Vấn đề này nhận được sự quan tâm của nhiều nhà nghiên cứu, nhà quản lí giáo dục, giáo viên và các bậc phụ huynh. Để giải quyết được vấn đề này, cần có sự vào cuộc của các bên liên quan như nhà trường, gia đình và xã hội. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu lí luận để tổng quan một số hướng nghiên cứu về bạo lực học đường. Kết quả cho thấy, các hướng nghiên cứu về thực trạng bạo lực học đường, hậu quả của bạo lực học đường, hướng nghiên cứu về giải pháp phòng chống bạo lực học đường hoặc mô hình phòng chống bạo lực học đường… nhận được nhiều sự quan tâm của các nhà nghiên cứu.
