Bài viết trình bày một số biện pháp xây dựng môi trường giáo dục theo tiếp cận "văn hóa tổ chức” tại các trường trung học phổ thông chuyên trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế. Theo tác giả, hệ thống các biện pháp này bao gồm các vấn đề: Giáo dục nhận thức; Xác lập bộ tiêu chí; Thiết kế chương trình, nội dung; Triển khai xây dựng môi trường giáo dục; Phát huy tích cực vai trò của các chủ thể giáo dục; Hỗ trợ kiểm tra, đánh giá; Tăng cường các nguồn lực cho các hoạt động xây dựng môi trường giáo dục theo tiếp cận “văn hóa tổ chức” trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế. Mỗi biện pháp đều có vai trò, tác dụng ảnh hưởng khác nhau đến hiệu quả công tác xây dựng môi trường giáo dục trong trường trung học phổ thông chuyên. Để phát huy tối đa hiệu quả của các biện pháp cần sử dụng chúng đồng bộ để sao cho mỗi biện pháp trở thành một mắt xích quan trọng trong chuỗi hoạt động quản lí nhằm đạt được mục tiêu chung của nhà trường, đáp ứng yêu cầu hội nhập quốc tế hiện nay.

The paper mentions measures to develop an educational environment towards 'organizational culture' at gifted high schools in the context of international integration. A system of measures includes the issues: cognitive education; set up criteria set; design curriculum and content; develop an educational environment; promote positively role of educational actors; support testing and evaluation; strengthen resources for developing educational environment activities towards "organizational culture" in the context of international integration. Each measure has different role and impact on developing an educational environment at gifted high schools. To maximize the effectiveness of these measures, they should be used synchronously so each measure becomes an important link in the chain of management activities in order to achieve the overall goal of schools, meeting the requirements of the international integration today

This article refers to the management of curriculum development towards students’ competence development. According to the author, this is an important issue in the process of renewing general curriculum and high school curriculum as well. Its effectiveness depends on many factors, including management. The identification of contents, management subjects and ways will contribute to improving the efficiency of developing high school curriculum towards students’ competence development.

Teaching staff in People's Public Security is always seen as a key force in improving quality of education and training. Therefore, the Government and Ministry of Public Security is always interested in developing and improving quality of teaching staff. In a global, region and national contexts of complicated developments in types of criminals, specialized and professional lecturers still have certain limitations. The author analyzes and proposes solutions for developing specialized and professional lecturers to meet the requirements of current security and order.

PISA (The Programme for International Student Assessment) was used to survey competencies of Literacy, Mathematics and Science of students aged 15, with the aim to test their preparation to meet future challenges after compulsory education. After two PISA seasons in 2012 and 2015, in spite of high ranking, Vietnamese students still faced many difficulties in Science. Physics is a subject with many practical applications, whereby Physics teaching plays an important role in developing students’ thinking and problem-solving competences. The article addresses the application of problem-solving into teaching towards PISA in Physics teaching at high schools. According to the author, in order to organize this teaching method, teachers have to search and create teaching contents, especially practical situations associated with contents, knowledge need to be taught with social issues, organize diverse and rich activities, comprehensive implementation of renewing teaching methods and ways to check and evaluate.

Design and develop question is one of teachers’ basic teaching skills to organize effective teaching. However, up to now, this professional skill has not really paid much attention in professional training and in-service training for students in the pedagogical majors. Starting from reality and requirements of standardization of teaching skills towards comprehensive development of teaching capacity, the paper proposes measures to organize teaching and practice to develop question-design skills for pedagogical students in Vietnamese language major in the process of studying at university so they can be able to apply this skill well into their career later.

Để phát triển chương trình môn Toán theo định hướng phát triển phẩm chất và năng lực của học sinh, vấn đề then chốt đầu tiên là xác định mục tiêu, bao gồm mục tiêu chung và mục tiêu ở từng cấp học. Vì vậy, cần thống nhất quan niệm về cấu trúc và cách biểu đạt mục tiêu. Căn cứ trên định hướng của chương trình giáo dục phổ thông tổng thể cũng như những phân tích kinh nghiệm xác định mục tiêu môn Toán trong chương trình giáo dục phổ thông Việt Nam và các nước, bài viết đề xuất cách xác định, biểu đạt mục tiêu giáo dục môn Toán trong chương trình giáo dục phổ thông mới bao gồm: Định hướng khái quát, cấu trúc gồm ba thành tố: Kiến thức và kĩ năng toán học; Các năng lực toán học cần hình thành và phát triển; Các phẩm chất cần hình thành và phát triển ở học sinh.

The article refers to the orientation to set up and develop curriculum in new Vietnamese language. Accordingly, the author presents some key points in its orientation that includes issues on: subject; objectives; structure and scope of contents; teaching methods; testing and assessment. This orientation was based on many scientific and practical foundations for curriculum development in general and Vietnamese language in particular; combined experience of Vietnam and international lessons-learnt. From this orientation, Board of curriculum development specified into complete curriculum paper. Draft of new Vietnamese language curriculum will be widely consulted by many different national and international stakeholders. Then, it will be revised and regarded by the National Assessment Council. If it is satisfied, the Ministry of Education and Training will approve and issue the official curriculum.

There are a number of career guidance professionals for students across France. Thereby, through the study of career guidance in France, Vietnamese researchers and career cadres will draw lessons-learnt and flexible application of its advantages into Vietnam vocational education. Students will get a comprehensive overview of jobs and early approach to vocational guidance in order to choose the right path basing on their academic strengths and interests.

Bài viết phân tích những nhân tố tác động tới khả năng có việc làm của sinh viên Trường Cao đẳng Tài chính Hải quan sau khi tốt nghiệp. Phương pháp định lượng và mô hình hồi quy sống sót được áp dụng để phân tích dữ liệu nghiên cứu. Cụ thể, tác giả thực hiện phân tích thực nghiệm bằng mô hình kinh tế lượng với kì vọng xác định những yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới khả năng có việc của sinh viên. Qua đó, dựa trên các chứng cứ thống kê, nghiên cứu gợi ý những giải pháp giúp nhà trường định hướng chiến lược đào tạo hiệu quả, đáp ứng nhu cầu xã hội. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng những nhân tố ảnh hưởng tới khả năng có việc làm của sinh viên bao gồm kinh nghiệm làm việc, điểm trung bình, chương trình đào tạo, chiến lược tìm việc và kĩ năng mềm.

The article discusses about the impact factors on students’ employability at The College of Finance and Customs after graduation. Quantitative method and survival regression model were used to analyze the research data. Specifically, the author carried out empirical analysis through the econometric model with the expectation of identifying the impact factors on students’ employability. Thereby, basing on statistical evidence, the study suggested solutions to help College direct effective training strategy in order to meet social needs. Research findings showed the impact factors on students’ employability as followed: work experience, GPA, training programs, job search strategies, and soft skills.

The entrepreneurial university is a term refering to active universities, being pioneer in finding commercial opportunities for ideas, effectively linking scientific knowledge to develop and create economic value; Using "capital" strength of knowledge to serve society, join into the enterprises with applicable products. Referring to this issue, the article clearly analyzes: 1/ The concept and characteristics of the entrepreneurial university; 2 / Background for deploying the entrepreneurial university; 3 / Initial experience in developing Viet- Hung Industrial University towards the entrepreneurial model. According to the author, the entrepreneurial university is the right direction, help universities fulfill social responsibility, meet the needs of learners, business and society as well. However, development of this university model also needs lots of other factors such as investment into facilities, training and retraining of staff and lecturers on professional knowledge, renewal of program and training methods…

In fact, activity to improve teaching skill towards developing pupils' competence is still limited for primary teachers in Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system of teaching skill towards developing pupils' competence and renewing teachers’ teaching skill so as to improve the quality of fostering and career training for teachers - key to improve quality of education in general and primary education in particular.

Đối với đại đa số học sinh tiểu học, tiếng Việt được học với tư cách là ngôn ngữ thứ nhất (tiếng mẹ đẻ). Với học sinh dân tộc nói chung, học sinh dân tộc Tày nói riêng, tiếng Việt là ngôn ngữ thứ hai. Ở lĩnh vực ngôn ngữ, chúng ta còn thấy, mỗi ngôn ngữ có một đặc trưng ngữ âm, từ vựng, ngữ pháp riêng. Chính vì vậy, trong nói, viết của học sinh tiểu học dân tộc Tày, chúng ta rất dễ nhận ra những biểu hiện giao thoa giữa tiếng Việt và tiếng Tày. Tác giả bài viết trình bày sự giao thoa ngôn ngữ trong nói, viết tiếng Việt của học sinh tiểu học dân tộc Tày qua những hiện tượng sau: Qua việc sử dụng các danh từ chỉ người theo nghề nghiệp, sử dụng đại từ “nó”, sử dụng các động từ phương hướng và sử dụng từ chỉ không gian.

Dạy nghề đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc nâng cao chất lượng của lực lượng lao động nữ, tạo cơ hội tìm kiếm được việc làm có thu nhập ổn định, góp phần giảm nghèo và nâng cao vị thế của phụ nữ trong gia đình và ngoài xã hội. Vùng Đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long vẫn còn là vùng lõm về giáo dục, trình độ dân trí của đồng bào dân tộc còn thấp, đặc biệt là trình độ dân trí của phụ nữ dân tộc thiểu số. Nghiên cứu giải quyết vấn đề đào tạo nghề cho phụ nữ ngày càng có ý nghĩa đặc biệt sâu sắc. Nghiên cứu phát triển mô hình đào tạo nghề cho phụ nữ dân tộc thiểu số có ảnh hưởng tích cực giảm thiểu mức độ bất bình đẳng giới trong giáo dục, tỉ lệ nữ được học nghề tăng lên. Khi trình độ, nhận thức của phụ nữ trong gia đình được cải thiện, đồng nghĩa với việc số lượng và chất lượng đầu tư cho giáo dục đối với con cái sẽ có tác động tích cực thông qua sự dạy dỗ của người mẹ, bên cạnh đó người phụ nữ còn góp phần nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống ở mỗi gia đình.

Đào tạo không chỉ nhằm tăng trưởng quy mô mà còn phải không ngừng nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo để đạt hiệu quả cao nhất, đáp ứng được nhu cầu thị trường lao động trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế. Đây là nhiệm vụ sống còn của mỗi cơ sở đào tạo. Để thực hiện nhiệm vụ này, mỗi cơ sở đào tạo phải lựa chọn cho mình một mô hình quản lí phù hợp nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu quả đào tạo trước những biến động của thị trường lao động và thế giới việc làm. Hiện nay, có nhiều mô hình quản lí đào tạo có thể áp dụng trong các cơ sở đào tạo. Trong bài viết này, tác giả lựa chọn mô hình CIPO để vận dụng quản lí đào tạo theo tiêu chuẩn năng lực hướng tới việc làm.
