Managing educational activities is a crucial factor in helping an educational organization achieve its goals. Choosing the right management approach is decisive for the success of educational managers. This paper aims to clarify the various approaches to managing an educational activity, both within a specific educational institution and in educational organizations in general. It reviews and synthesizes relevant scientific research to explain some common methods of presenting and managing educational activities. Through this, the paper recommends a framework for scientific reports on educational activities and their management, while addressing and clarifying some common misunderstandings. It is hoped that students, researchers specializing in educational management, and educational managers will find these insights useful and applicable.

This article provides an overview of prior research on training management in universities and colleges aimed at meeting labor market and local workforce demands. Existing studies emphasize the importance of and propose solutions for managing training in higher education institutions to align with labor market demands and local workforce requirements. Achieving labor market-responsive training requires educational institutions to collaborate with businesses and employers in defining training objectives, establishing outcome standards, and coordinating scientific research, practical training, and internships. However, the article highlights that despite numerous proposed solutions, there is still a lack of comprehensive and coordinated studies across localities, particularly in regions with similar natural, economic, cultural, and social characteristics. Therefore, the article calls for further in-depth research to enhance the effectiveness of training management in universities and colleges, thereby better addressing local workforce needs in the context of current economic and social development.

Bài viết tổng quan các nghiên cứu trước đây về vấn đề quản lí đào tạo tại các trường đại học, cao đẳng nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường lao động và nhu cầu nhân lực ở các địa phương. Các nghiên cứu đã nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng cũng như các giải pháp quản lí đào tạo ở trường đại học, cao đẳng nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường lao động và nhu cầu nhân lực địa phương. Để đào tạo đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường lao động, các cơ sở đào tạo cần phối hợp với các doanh nghiệp, cơ sở sử dụng lao động trong việc xác định mục tiêu đào tạo, xây dựng chuẩn đầu ra, phối hợp trong nghiên cứu khoa học, thực hành, thực tập. Tuy nhiên, bài viết chỉ ra rằng, mặc dù có nhiều giải pháp được đề xuất nhưng vẫn còn thiếu các nghiên cứu tổng hợp có tính đồng bộ giữa các địa phương, nhất là những địa phương có đặc điểm tương đồng về điều kiện tự nhiên, kinh tế, văn hóa, xã hội. Từ đó, bài viết khuyến nghị cần thực hiện các nghiên cứu sâu hơn để cải thiện hiệu quả hoạt động quản lí đào tạo ở các trường đại học và cao đẳng nhằm đáp ứng tốt hơn nhu cầu nhân lực ở các địa phương trong bối cảnh phát triển kinh tế và xã hội hiện nay.

Hạnh phúc (Well-being) không chỉ quan trọng đối với bản thân giáo viên mà cũng rất cần thiết đối với người học, với nhà trường và cộng đồng. Hạnh phúc của giáo viên được xem là một yếu tố góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dạy và học. Trên thế giới, mặc dù nhiều nghiên cứu thực nghiệm đã được tiến hành để điều tra về hạnh phúc của giáo viên nhưng có rất ít nghiên cứu tổng quan tìm hiểu về các khung lí thuyết thường được vận dụng để điều tra sự hạnh phúc của giáo viên. Bài viết trình bày tầm quan trọng của khung lí thuyết trong nghiên cứu và phân tích các khung lí thuyết nền tảng để nghiên cứu về hạnh phúc của giáo viên. Kết quả từ nghiên cứu tổng quan này cho thấy rằng, thuyết Hệ thống sinh thái (Ecological systems theory), Thuyết Tự quyết (Selfdetermination theory), Thuyết Hệ thống động phức hợp (Complex dynamic systems theory) và Thuyết về Yêu cầu của công việc và nguồn lực (Job demands-resources theory) là những khung lí thuyết được sử dụng rộng rãi để điều tra hạnh phúc của giáo viên. Bài viết này cung cấp nguồn tài liệu tham khảo cho các nghiên cứu trong tương lai về hạnh phúc của giáo viên trong lĩnh vực giáo dục.

Adolescents with developmental disorders face significant challenges in integrating into the community, learning, and performing daily activities. These difficulties often include cognitive impairments, social communication issues, and particularly behavioral problems. A majority of adolescents with developmental disorders exhibit abnormal behaviors, making the study of behavioral management methods for this group a critical area of research. The article analyzes the abnormal behavioral characteristics of adolescents with developmental disorders with the aim of applying the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) method in vocational guidance activities for them.

The aim of this study is to assess the current status of teaching Natural Science subjects according to the STEM-oriented education in high schools in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. By surveying 161 teachers and administrators from six high schools, the study collected data through a questionnaire consisting of 42 questions related to factors such as roles, objectives, content, methods, organizational forms, assessment, and implementation conditions for teaching natural science subjects according to the STEM - oriented education. The results show that teachers have a good understanding of these key factors. However, the study also highlights existing issues in defining the content, methods, organizational forms, assessment, and implementation conditions for STEM-oriented teaching in high schools in Binh Thanh District.

Currently, the application of information technology and digitization is a prominent trend in mathematics education. Mastering computer thinking in general and algorithmic thinking in particular brings many benefits. For 11th-grade teachers and students, practicing algorithmic thinking when teaching the orthogonal projection of a point onto a plane presents many challenges. To address these challenges, teaching this content requyres the support of information technology in general and the GeoGebra software in particular. Using a theoretical research method, this paper analyzes concepts related to practicing algorithmic thinking, provides some classifications of algorithmic thinking, and outlines a teaching process for developing algorithmic thinking skills. Notably, the study presents examples demonstrating the practice of algorithmic thinking in teaching the topic of determining the orthogonal projection of a point onto a plane. The results will serve as a practical foundation for improving teaching effectiveness for teachers and the quality of learning for students regarding the topic of determining the orthogonal projection of a point onto a plane, with the support of GeoGebra software.

Hiện nay, ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin và số hóa đang là những xu hướng được quan tâm trong dạy học toán. Thành thạo tư duy tin học nói chung và tư duy thuật toán nói riêng mang lại nhiều lợi ích. Với giáo viên và học sinh lớp 11 thì việc rèn luyện thao tác tư duy thuật toán trong dạy học xác định hình chiếu vuông góc của một điểm trên một mặt phẳng đang còn gặp nhiều thách thức. Để khắc phục thách thức thì việc dạy học nội dung này, cần có sự hỗ trợ của công nghệ thông tin nói chung và phần mềm GeoGebra nói riêng. Sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu lí luận, bài viết phân tích các quan niệm về rèn luyện thao tác tư duy thuật toán, đưa ra một số cách phân loại tư duy thuật toán và quy trình dạy học rèn luyện thao tác tư duy thuật toán. Đặc biệt, nghiên cứu đưa ra ví dụ minh họa rèn luyện thao tác tư duy thuật toán trong dạy học chủ đề xác định hình chiếu vuông góc của một điểm trên một mặt phẳng. Các kết quả sẽ là cơ sở thực tiễn cho việc nâng cao hiệu quả dạy của giáo viên và chất lượng học của học sinh đối với chủ đề xác định hình chiếu vuông góc của một điểm trên một mặt phẳng với sự hỗ trợ của phần mềm GeoGebra.

Thực tế cho thấy, nhiều học sinh gặp khó khăn trong việc giải quyết các bài toán có lời văn. Nguyên nhân bởi vì hạn chế khả năng phân tích, sắp xếp dữ kiện, lập kế hoạch và đánh giá bài giải. Mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu là đề xuất các biện pháp giúp học sinh tiểu học, đặc biệt là học sinh lớp 5, phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề Toán học trong khi học giải toán có lời văn. Nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của Toán học trong giáo dục và đời sống, đồng thời cho thấy rằng, việc giải toán không chỉ đơn thuần là tìm ra đáp án mà còn là quá trình phát triển tư duy logic và khả năng phân tích. Bằng cách phát triển từng năng lực thành tố, nghiên cứu khẳng định rằng, học sinh không chỉ nâng cao kiến thức Toán học mà còn phát triển tư duy sáng tạo và tự tin hơn trong việc đối mặt với các thử thách học tập. Các biện pháp được đề xuất không chỉ hỗ trợ học sinh mà còn cung cấp tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích cho giáo viên tiểu học và sinh viên ngành Giáo dục tiểu học.

The current reality demonstrates that many students face challenges in solving word problems due to limitations in their abilities to analyze, organize information, plan, and evaluate solutions. The primary aim of this research is to propose strategies to support primary school students, particularly fifth graders, in developing mathematical problem-solving skills through the process of learning to solve word problems. The study underscores the critical role of mathematics in education and daily life, emphasizing that solving mathematical problems extends beyond obtaining answers; it serves as a means to cultivate logical reasoning and analytical thinking. By fostering the development of these skills, the research highlights that students not only enhance their mathematical proficiency but also improve their creative thinking and gain confidence in addressing academic challenges. Additionally, the proposed measures not only support students but also provide valuable reference materials for elementary school teachers and students majoring in primary education.

Giáo dục STEM tạo cơ hội cho học sinh phát triển các kĩ năng cần thiết cho như tư duy phản biện, giải quyết vấn đề cho học sinh, giúp học sinh phát triển kĩ năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp, nâng cao khả năng hợp tác trong học tập. Nghiên cứu xây dựng khái niệm chức năng môn Toán trong giáo dục STEM, khái niệm giải quyết tình huống có vấn đề STEM trong dạy học môn Toán. Trên cơ sở các chức năng thành tố của của chức năng môn Toán đề xuất thiết kế quy trình tổ chức cho học sinh giải quyết tình huống có vấn đề STEM trong dạy học môn Toán và minh họa quy trình này thông qua giải quyết tình huống có vấn đề STEM trong dạy học môn Toán ở lớp 12 hiện hành. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần làm phong phú cho việc định hướng tiếp cận dạy học môn Toán theo hướng giải quyết tình huống có vấn đề STEM ở trung học phổ thông theo Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông môn Toán 2018.

This article focuses on the development of management staff in primary schools within the context of educational innovation, emphasizing the necessity of a balanced quantity, quality, and structure to enhance educational effectiveness. The study addresses key concepts such as staff, management staff, primary school management staff, team, and primary school management team. To develop this team, it is important to focus on planning, allocation, training, professional development, and establishing appropriate policies and regulations. The requirements for primary school management staff include determining standards and position ratios, building a structure of professional qualifications, ensuring a reasonable age range, and improving quality through knowledge, scientific spirit, and critical thinking. The research findings provide a basis for proposing measures to develop management staff in order to meet the current demands of primary education innovation.

Dựa trên kết quả của các phương pháp nghiên cứu lí luận như  phân tích, tổng hợp, hệ thống hóa, khái quát hóa các công trình của  các tác giả trên thế giới và trong nước về chuyển đổi số nói chung và  chuyển đổi số trong giáo dục đại học nói riêng, bài viết trình bày khái  niệm, phân tích bối cảnh chuyển đổi số trong giáo dục đại học, vai trò  của đội ngũ giảng viên đại học trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số. Từ đó, xác  định một số phẩm chất và năng lực cần thiết đối với giảng viên đại học  để đáp ứng yêu cầu của chuyển đổi số. Những vấn đề lí luận trình bày  trong bài viết có thể là nguồn tài liệu tham khảo cho những người quan  tâm nghiên cứu vấn đề, cũng có thể vận dụng trong xây dựng chương  trình đào tạo, bồi dưỡng đội ngũ giảng viên đại học đáp ứng yêu cầu của  bối cảnh chuyển đổi số.

The integration of modern technology into classroom teaching has significantly enhanced educational effectiveness. Electronic lectures, enriched with videos, images, and audio, effectively capture and maintain students’ attention and engagement. This paper examines the design and implementation of electronic lectures to promote active learning in teaching Russian language. The proposed instructional framework consists of four stages: 1) The lecturer assigns the task; 2) The students complete the task; 3) The students report the results and engage in discussion; 4) The lecturer concludes, evaluates the results, and assigns the next task. The use of these electronic lectures facilitates increased interaction between lecturers and students, accelerates knowledge acquisition, enhances skill development, and makes the lectures more engaging, leading to higher learning outcomes.

The STEM and STSE educational models are two integrated teaching approaches designed to address practical, scientific, social, and environmental challenges. These models are recognized as effective and widely utilized in many countries worldwide, including Vietnam. This article provides an overview of the STSE model and the experiential STEM model, proposing a framework for designing lesson plans that integrate both approaches. To demonstrate this integration, the article selects the topic “Alcohol Distillation” from the 2018 General Education Program in Natural Sciences. The integration of these two models, combined with the step-by-step organizational process outlined in the lesson plan design guidelines of Official Dispatch 5512 by the Ministry of Education and Training, aims to enhance teachers’ effectiveness in fostering students’ competencies and character development. Moreover, this integration also supports teachers in educating students about their personal responsibility in addressing social and environmental issues related to lesson topics.

Students who struggle with learning mathematics often face a range of challenges, from gaps in basic knowledge to psychological and motivational issues. If these challenges are not addressed in a timely manner, they can lead to serious learning difficulties and have longterm effects on personal development and success in life. Cooperative teaching provides struggling students with opportunities to succeed through participation in experiential activities and traditional games, which help improve their academic performance and foster the development of more well-rounded skills. This article presents several strategies for organizing cooperative teaching to support third-grade students experiencing difficulties in mathematics. The identified strategies include organizing group-based experiential activities to assist students with math challenges and using traditional games to reinforce mathematical knowledge. Cooperative teaching not only helps students overcome psychological barriers to learning mathematics, but also creates a positive learning environment that encourages holistic development in both knowledge and skills. The main research methods used in this study include: theoretical research, practical surveys, observation, and case studies.
