Summary: 
The article summarizes the results of research on out-ofschool children in Vietnam and educational activities aimed at increasing access to basic education for out-of-school children through a flexible learning program. The program was built with 8 following subjects: Math, Vietnamese/ Literature, English, Natural Science, Social Science, Information Technology, Life Skills, and Vocational guidance through following steps: identifying core content framework and requirements to be achieved, defining the list of lessons, designing teaching scenarios, digitizing teaching materials, and experimenting with teaching. The experimental results in 5 provinces with 1716 students, using 84 video lectures (accounting for nearly 40% of the videos) initially showed the feasibility of the designed flexible learning program.
