USING AUGMENTED REALITY TECHNOLOGY IN ONLINE TEACHING BASED ON THE MICROLEARNING APPROACH

Summary: 
The shortcomings and ineffectiveness of online training for experiment and practice subjects is a significant factor influencing training quality. This article aimed to apply the Microlearning approach and Augmented Reality technology to promote interactivity, practical skills, and learners’ attention in the online learning environment. In particular, the design of courses using the Microlearning approach can help focus on vital knowledge and enhance learners’ information-recall ability while Augmented Reality technology can support students develop learning motivation, self-learning ability, and practical experience. The survey results show that the proposed method improves the subject’s attractiveness and makes it easier for learners to acquire knowledge.
