Summary: 
Financial literacy is a factor that has a significant influence on development, financial stability and the economy. This study determines the factors affecting the level of financial literacy of high school students (N = 408) in the Mekong Delta. By Binary Logistic regression model, the results show that 07 factors have a significant influence on the level of financial literacy. Students who obtain good academic results, intend to attend university in economics, have a need for financial education and regularly watch economic and financial news were found to have a higher level of understanding of financial literacy. Family environment with members’ financial participation in discussion and their mother’s education level were also found to have a significant influence on financial literacy level. The role of the school is confirmed through the impact of the element of integrating knowledge into lessons that will contribute to improving students’ financial literacy. These findings provide the formulation of effective educational policies and curricula to improve financial literacy among young people.
