Summary:
Developing a management model for English teaching method reform is one of the essential scientific issues in higher education institutions under the People’s Public Security Forces. On the basis of modern approaches in educational management science, especially the theoretical approach to the models for managing change, distributed leadership, as well as transformational leadership theory, the authors propose a model to manage English teaching method innovation, meeting the training objectives of the training institutions in general and teaching foreign language for policestudents in particular in the current period and in the future.
