IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF VOCAL TRAINING SKILLS FOR UNIVERSITY - LEVEL STUDENTS MAJORED IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION THROUGH BUILDING THE PRACTICE SYSTEM

Summary: 
Vocal skills help learners to decode note symbols recorded on the stave, including duration and pitch. In the process of training university - level students majored in Early Childhood Education, it draws attention to the fact that their vocal skills have not been formed well. There are some main reasons that lead to this situation such as: duration of the subject is short, the musical talent of students is limited, and the self-practice competence of students is not good enough. Therefore, an attempt is made to build a number of exercises about beat, tempo and pitch, which is considered as the basis for students to be instructed to promote their competence of self-study, self-training in order to shorten the study time as well as improve the quality of vocal training skills for the students.
