Summary:
Morality and lifestyle are two significant factors which determine the quality of youth union cadres in colleges and universities - the environment that provides society with high-quality workforce. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to moral and lifestyle education for these cadres to meet the demand of youth union work and youth movements. The article is hoped to clarify the role and the current situation of moral and lifestyle education for the youth union cadres in colleges and universities. Besides, some solutions to the issue are proposed as well.
