The learning environment is an issue that modern education is very interested in because of its strong effects on educational effectiveness in general and teaching and learning activities in particular. An appropriate awareness of the school learning environment is an important basis for developing and promoting its role. Research conducted at Quy Nhon University with managers, students of primary education pedagogy, and lecturers participating in teaching this field has recorded many positive results. Their awareness of the concept, role, structure, and requirements of the school learning environment has basically been ensured. However, some of its crucial roles have not been properly recognized and need be adjusted.
