A MODEL OF TRAINING COOPERATION BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES AND INDUSTRY IN MALAYSIA - LESSONS LEARNED FOR VIETNAM

Summary: 
Strengthening training cooperation between higher education institutions and industry is one of the important solutions contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of Malaysia Education Blueprint 2015 - 2025 (Higher Education), making Malaysia one of the regional higher education centers. This article examines the model of training cooperation between universities and industry in Malaysia - 2u2i Study Model, thereby drawing policy suggestions and lessons learned for state management agencies in higher education, universities and other stakeholders in order to improve the quality of Vietnamese higher education.
