Summary:
The paper presents the theoretical aspects of methods and forms of retraining the management competencies for university deans. At the same time, these aspects are also validated and evaluated based on the analysis of the survey on people who are responsible for retraining the management competencies of university deans. The analytical information on both theory and practice is the basis for making comments in the conclusions.
