EDUCATION WITH LABOR MARKET IN THE CONTEXT OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Summary: 
Research on the nature, content and impact of the fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) towards employment, the labor market and the role of skilled labor training has rapidly developed. The objective of the article is to examine the evidence of its impact on the labor market and its implications for education so as to develop labor market. To clarify this objective, the paper focuses on three main areas: analyzing the effects of the industrial revolution 4.0 on the labor market; Clarifying challenges posed to education in front of the massive attack from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and proposing some policy implications for education reform, help the labor market response to the requirements of industry 4.0.
