COMPETENCE FRAMEWORK OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Summary: 
Human resources play an important role in the success of national and local socio-economic development strategies. The article presents and analyzes the development of a general, fundamental and required framework that human resources need to meet the requirement of enterprise development in the context of the fourth industrial revolution: 1) technical/professional competence; (2) competence in methodology; (3) social competence; (4) personal competence. Basing on this fourth human resource competence framework, enterprises can plan their general competence framework and employee’s competence profile.
