RESEARCHING SLOW LEARNERS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND IMPLICATIONS FOR TEACHING MATHS SLOW LEARNERS AT VIETNAMESE HIGH SCHOOLS

Summary: 
This article presents an overview of research findings on slow learners: Concept, characteristics, causes, and some pedagogical measures or notes in teaching these students. The author focuses on international literature review, provides suggestions on research as well as its application into Vietnam context with the main focus on Maths teaching at high schools. Then, the author presents the concepts, characteristics, causes and some pedagogical measures or notes in teaching Maths slow learners in Vietnam.
