Summary:
Internal inspection plays an especially important role in preschool. Tasks at preschools are diverse, require high responsibility and careful consideration of each staff and teacher. Internal inspection helps to maintain good working habit in the preschool, to form a self-management mechanism, self-regulating individual activities. The article presents the theoretical results of internal school inspection and its real situation in kindergartens in Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city; then proposes solutions for renewing its management so as to meet requirements of ensuring the quality of childcare and preschool education.
