Summary: 
Vocational training plays an important role in improving the quality of the female workforce, creating opportunities for finding employment with stable income, contributing to poverty reduction and women empowerment in the family and society. The Mekong River Delta area is still a concave area in education, ethnic minorities with low educational level, especially for women. Research on vocational training for women was specially meaningful. Research the development of vocational training model for ethnic women had positive impact on reducing gender inequality in education, increasing proportion of female apprentices; improving women’s awareness, quantity and quality of education investment into children will have a positive impact through mother-to-child education; women also contribute to improving quality of life in each family
