DEVELOPING A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION CAPACITY TOWARDS INDIVIDUALS FOR THE PRESCHOOL MANAGERS

Summary: 
Preschool managers have their unique characteristics in learning and fostering activities. In the age group of 30 and 55, they have certain knowledge and experience in life and work, and different characteristics of perception, memory, thinking, etc. Individual-oriented training is essential to enhance its effectiveness. This article presents some concepts and analyzes the characteristics of individual-oriented training programs for preschool administrators, therefore proposing programs to foster their school administration competence, including determining goals and content, choosing training methods, building criteria, assessment scales and learning environment.
