Nghiên cứu này sử dụng phương pháp trắc lượng thư mục nhằm hệ thống hóa cấu trúc tri thức, xu hướng phát triển và các chủ đề nghiên cứu nổi bật về thái độ của sinh viên đại học đối với trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh trong học tập. Dữ liệu gồm 43 bài báo cuối cùng đáp ứng tiêu chí lựa chọn từ cơ sở dữ liệu Dimensions từ năm 2022 đến tháng 01 năm 2026, được phân tích thông qua các kĩ thuật đồng tác giả, đồng xuất hiện từ khóa, phân tích trích dẫn bằng phần mềm VOSviewer và SCImago Graphica. Kết quả cho thấy xu hướng tăng trưởng nhanh chóng về số lượng công bố từ năm 2023. Tuy nhiên, mạng lưới nghiên cứu hiện tại còn rời rạc, chưa tạo ra sự gắn kết để định hình một cộng đồng nghiên cứu cốt lõi. Song, ghi nhận sự xuất hiện của hướng tiếp cận lấy người học làm trung tâm với các biến số mới như năng lực trí tuệ nhân tạo, niềm tin vào năng lực bản thân và nhận thức về rủi ro. Nghiên cứu không chỉ khái quát các chủ đề và xu hướng nghiên cứu chính về thái độ của sinh viên đại học đối với việc sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh, mà còn đề xuất các hướng nghiên cứu mới, hỗ trợ tích hợp trí tuệ nhân tạo tạo sinh một cách hiệu quả và có trách nhiệm trong giáo dục đại học.
