SOME SOLUTIONS TO DEVELOP STUDENTS’ INTEREST IN LEARNING POLITICAL THEORY SUBJECTS IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES IN VIETNAM TODAY

Summary: 
Students’ interest in learning plays a particularly important role in improving the effectiveness of the learning process. Because self-interest is the endogenous development path of each individual, the students’ interest in learning can reduce fatigue and stress and increase attention, promoting creativity and self-study. Currently, a part of students in universities and colleges are not fully aware of the meaning and effects of studying political theory subjects, they are not focused and not interested in studying political theory subjects. Three factors needed to increase students’ interest in learning the political theory subjects are the role of stimulating interest from lecturers, the learning activeness of students, and other supportive factors in learning.
