Mindfulness is currently a new phenomenon that is being embraced by many countries around the world. Applying the mind to teachers is a necessary task in the stressful educational environment today. This article is the result of studying the literature on the mindfulness application in three countries including the USA, the UK, and Canada. Although those countries have used different methods to implement the mindfulness application, the test results of all three countries show that “Mindfulness is as an effective method of reducing stress” and people practicing mindfulness meditation can have better lives. That is the meaning of this research.
