Summary: 
Developing and improving the quality of human resources, especially the human resources of high quality are significant strategies that create strong competitive advantage for the nation’s fast, effective, and sustainable development. This noble responsibility is assigned to education sector which is in charge of preparing the country’s future key human resources of science. In the era of the Industry Revolution 4.0, the education sector is supposed to train a newly generated human resources of special personality traits, who are physically healthy, professionally competent, highly ethical, and talented. In this article, we synthesize ten personality traits extracted from traditional values and our forefathers’ ideas so that such those values will be fostered for the young generation and the labors so as for them to become “red and professional” individuals, contributing to a comprehensive development of the nation’s human resources.
