Summary:
This study explores the application of the Social Listening system in the High School Student Assessment (HSA) exam through the collection and analysis of opinions, comments, and feedback from the public regarding the HSA exam on social media platforms. This system helps the Vietnam National University- Hanoi Examination Center to monitor and quickly detect potential risks and control information, thereby enabling the timely proposal of solutions to improve the quality of the exam. The study results demonstrate that the application of the Social Listening system in the HSA exam plays a crucial role in managing public opinion, allowing for the identification and swift response to media crises that could impact the exam’s reputation.
