SOME BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF TEACHING MANAGEMENT BASED ON COMPETENCE APPROACH IN HIGH SCHOOLS

Competency-based teaching is a practical activity in education and training, which is under the influence and impact of the management process. Managers have organizational and targeted impacts. Management subjects manage both teachers 'teaching activities and manage students' learning activities in the teaching-learning process; at the same time, support for facilities, technical infrastructure and environment to serve teaching activities based on competence in order to maximize efficiency of the initial objectives. Therefore, teaching management based on competence approach at high schools will need to have basic characteristics that help the process of competency-based teaching management have big breakthroughs compared to the traditional management of teaching, contributing to the fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in Vietnam in the current period.
