THE RELATION BETWEEN CAREER-ORIENTED EDUCATION AND STUDENT CLASSIFICATION AFTER SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Classifying post-secondary students plays an important role for each individual and the society.This is considered as a strategic system adjustment to connect education with Socio-economic development objectives, which contributes to the effective human resource development. Education has impact on the career orientation process, it help students self-adjust their professional choices in accordance with their abilities, strengths and the professional needs of the society. The career-oriented education and student classification after secondary schools have a close relationship, and interact with each other. A good job orientation will motivate students and give them more opportunities to choose the right job. This article analyzed the relation between career-oriented education and post-secondary students to further clarify the role of the career oriented education in the preparation of skilled labor forces meeting the requirements of professional and training structures in Vietnam conditions.
