APPYLING HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHT IN TRAINING TEACHERS

In the perspective of those who have experienced in teaching and managing teacher training institutions in different levels of high schools, pedagogical colleges and pedagogical universities for nearly 40 years, as well as self-studied and self-reflected on the basis of personal awareness of Uncle Ho’s teachings, through historical data in Ho Chi Minh - Full episode published by the National Political Publishing House in 1996, the author has drawn a great lesson from Ho Chi Minh thoughts, which is that to have a good education, strong educational force is the key; teacher training institution is a model school in higher education and vocational education system. This article focuses on analyzing Ho Chi Minh thoughts about training teachers as well as applying these thoughts in training activities at teacher training institutions nowadays.
