Female leaders and officials at all levels and sectors of Vietnam today are learning and building their working styles following Ho Chi Minh’s style in a creative way. They are practicing a democratic, public, and scientific working style learning by models. They have a democratic, decisive, close, scientific, revolutionary, dynamic, creative and smart leadership style. At the same time, they follow the ten leadership principles in the modern world. They have morality, talent and competence of adapting to the changes and global integration for the sustainable development of the sectors at all levels as well as the nation.
