FACTORS INFLUENCING STRENGTHENING VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE CAPACITY FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS OF ETHNIC MINORITIES WHEN IMPLEMENTING THE NEW GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM

Strengthening Vietnamese language capacity for ethnic minority elementary students is not only a duty of the education sector but also a common task of both political and social systems. In the immediate future, it is necessary to improve and enhance the quality of education in ethnic minority areas, and in the long term, to contribute to improving the quality of life and sustainable development for ethnic minorities, therefore, contribute in the advancement of the country. While strengthening Vietnamese language capacity for elementary students of ethnic minorities, it is necessary to synchronize the solutions and pay attention to the impact factors, because each element plays a certain role to the effectiveness of strengthening Vietnamese language capacity for students when implementing the new general education program.
