Summary: 
Family, school, and community collaboration is considered as a crucial point in assuring the quality and the effectiveness of children’s education activities. Based on theoretical research and current issues that were associated with collaborative practices among families, schools and community in children’s care and education, this paper proposes standards for creating model and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of partnerships among families, schools and community
