Summary:

The paper presents the results of the study on the application of teaching probability and statistics for students of Technical Reconnaissance major at Military Science Academy. In the paper, the author gives several examples, exercises and topics that are integrated between the knowledge of Probability and Statistics and the knowledge of Information theory. On that basis, lecturers can apply the presented integrated examples, integrated exercises and integrated topics in teaching probability and statistics for students of Technical Reconnaissance major in order to enhance their teaching effectiveness as well as the students’ professional development.
