CONFLICT MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN THE FRIENDSHIP OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Summary: 
The purpose of this study was to examine the conflict management skills in the friendship of high school students. The data collected from 268 high school students in Thua Thien Hue province showed that this skill of high school students was still limited. Based on the research results, a number of recommendations were also proposed to support high school students to improve their conflict management skills.
