Summary:
Vietnam, which is one of the most vulnerable countries to global climate change impacts, is suffering from many natural disasters, including extreme weather phenomena such as drought, typhoons, floods, sea-water rise, salinity intrusion as well as abnormal rainfall and other forms of weather. A wide-spread and high-interactivity technology has not been much exploited in raising awareness among teachers, students, and community members, which is to improve their awareness and methods to protect educational environment through interactive website. From these issues, the article presents an idea of the research project on developing the e-learning material system for fostering students’ competency in environmental protection education through a learning interactive website for teacher students, and providing some recommendations as well.
