CAREER ORIENTATION CAPACITY OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Summary: 
The paper presents the survey results on career orientation capacity of students in high schools. Questionnaire survey has been designed and based on three aspects: awareness; skills and attitudes in career orientation for students. The findings has shown that most of students do realize the importance of career orientation, however they do not have enough knowing and understanding on each job; do not have enough skills for choosing future career; and many of them pay no attention on career orientation. These results could be used for suggestions on measures developing career orientation for high school students.
