Summary:
The article analyzes the 25-year roadmap for educational reform in Vietnam amidst global integration and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Using document analysis, synthesis, and interpretation methods, the study systematizes the transition from basic information technology application to comprehensive digital transformation. Findings highlight significant milestones, including a national database of 24.5 million records, digital academic transcripts, and shared digital repositories. Nonetheless, the research identifies critical challenges: regional infrastructure disparities, teachers’ limited digital competencies, and pressures to innovate pedagogically. These insights serve as a practical foundation for policymakers to develop effective and sustainable digital transformation strategies in the upcoming phase.
