DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ ABILITIES IN APPLYING THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MODULE “THE BASIS OF VIETNAMESE CULTURE” IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

Summary: 
The basis of Vietnamese culture is a compulsory subject in the training program for students majoring in preschool education since this knowledge is essential for learners to apply in their future career as nursery teachers. Therefore, the article summarizes the content of the module “The basis of Vietnamese culture” and preschool education program, providing content orientation and methods to apply cultural knowledge according to five themes of educating preschool children. Besides, students will have better attention of this subject and contribute to educating young people to build an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity.
