SOFT SKILLS EDUCATION FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS THROUGH FORMAL TEACHING AND LEARNING

Summary: 
Developing students’ soft skills is an objective requirement of the economic development. Many universities are now starting to place more emphasis on soft skills education in order to enhance the training quality and to better respond to the demands of the labor market. This research focuses on the concept of soft skills, the implementation of soft skills education through formal teaching and learning, especially this article analyzes the requirements for integrating soft skills in teaching at Vietnamese universities today.
