Summary:
One of students’ important competencies in general and in maritime Economics and Technology majors in particular is the application of Probability - Statistics in future career at Vietnam Maritime University. To equip students with this competence, the first factor is the teaching content of this course. Therefore, the author will present the current status of Probability - Statistics course at Vietnam Maritime University and propose some measures to improve its contents towards career guidance for students.
